When we spotted Angelina Jolie at the Moscow premiere of Salt last weekend, radiating in a scarlet-hued Atelier Versace gown and Jessica Biel, a few

days later, wearing a stunningly sheer Giambattista Valli gown in the same shade to the London premiere of The A-Team, it made us wonder: is red the new black?

Though most of us can't afford the uber-expensive price tags of these haute-off-the-runway looks, RadarOnline.com has found some more wallet friendly options to get the look.

Want to steal Kim Kardashian's sultry Herve Leger look?

Try the skintight halter from Ami Clubwear ($15.99), which will show off your curves without draining your bank account. Love Sofia's ruffled number?  Rebecca Taylor's spaghetti-strapped, asymmetrically ruffled mini ($395) will definitely spice up any summer party. Obsessed with the floral attaché on Megan Fox's Armani Prive frock? Dalia MacPhee's floral-shouldered cocktail dress ($265) features strikingly similar detail at a fraction of the cost.
