Miley Cyrus doesn't turn 18 until November, but that didn't stop the multi-talented entertainer from putting on a rather adult performance on Thursday's edition of Britain's Got Talent.

Cyrus, performing her new single Can't Be Tamed in a leggy Lady Gaga-type outfit, teased a kiss with one of her female dancers, though stopped short of actually swapping spit.
On-stage theatrics aside, Miley is currently dating actor Liam Hemsworth, her co-star in The Last Song.
