Katy Perry and Russell Brand are set to marry this year, and now they have inked matching tattoos to seal their love, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The pop star showed off her new art while she performed her hit California Gurls in New York’s Times Square Tuesday as she promoted the new Volkswagen 2011 Jetta.
Her new body art reads: Anuugacchati Pravaha, meaning Go With The Flow and is on the inside of her right arm – the same place as Brand as his which is shown on the cover of this month’s Rolling Stone Magazine.
Katy - who sported a skin-tight PVC dress for her Big Apple performance - already has a tattoo of a strawberry on her ankle, and one saying Jesus on her wrist.
Perry, the daughter of two pastors, recently told the UK’s OK Magazine that her music was meant to be taken with a sense of humor.
“You have to take my music with a touch of humor because that’s how it was created,' she said. 'I like to play with irony,” she revealed.

And although Perry has now found fame and fortune, the colorful performer admitted in the interview that she had experienced some tough times before she made it as a pop star.
She revealed: “I was so broke I couldn't even pay the rent at the end of the month. But I’m glad I was strong enough to hang in there.
“I’m a very happy person day to day, I have bad days like everybody else but with everything that’s happening right now, I only have reasons to smile.
“On stage I'm also very smiley and a bit crazy, but that’s because I need to freely express myself.”
