“At least three or four cops showed up,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “Jeremy told them that he and Melissa were sleeping when she woke him up at 3 am and started kicking and hitting him. They started fighting and it scared the other tenants who were in the house.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, Melissa is one of three people renting rooms in the house in Palm Springs, California. London has been staying there against the wishes of the owner and is not paying rent.

According to the source, London and the owner got into an argument after the owner saw him sleeping in the driveway Tuesday morning. London reportedly told him that he and Melissa had been fighting so he came out to the car to sleep.

“Police didn’t arrest anyone but I heard them say that they were going to arrest Jeremy for trespassing if he’s caught staying at the house again,” the source told RadarOnline.com.
