MMA star Tito Ortiz will not face any criminal charges in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident involving his baby mamma Jenna Jameson, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Marc Aulay, a spokesperson for the Orange County District Attorney's office's  says no charges because of a "lack of corroboration."

When asked to comment on the D.A.'s decision not to press charges, Jameson's attorney Ronald Richards told RadarOnline.com, "Jenna is very happy about that.  She doesn't want to see the father of her children suffer further stress."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Ortiz  was arrested April 26 at the couple's home in Huntington Beach, CA on suspicion of felony domestic violence after Jameson called authorities complaining that Ortiz had threatened her.

The couple has since reconciled; they have infant twin boys together.

Jameson recently told RadarOnline.com that she is physically fine: "I'm moving fine, my ligaments are fine, I'm holding my babies perfectly. And I'm going to do my best to reconcile with Tito right now."
