Just call her Lady BarBar.

Gaga gave some elderly Brits quite a shock by turning up for a drinks session in a Birmingham boozer, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.

The Poker Face songbird, wearing a black leather jacket and shades, picked up the tab for the whole bar - and left a massive tip too.

“In a pub in England ruining bar napkins with lyrics and memories. Dreams are never weak like we are, drunk or sober,” Gaga tweeted.

She reportedly downed whisky and Diet Cokes while penning those new lyrics.

Said a regular at the bar: “Everyone was stunned when this striking blonde came in. Most of the blokes had no idea who she was at first.”

Gaga broke down during the first UK show of her rescheduled Monster Ball tour - after dedicating a song to her sick granddad.

Introducing Brown Eyes, she told the crowd: "My grandpa is really, really ill."

"It's really upsetting me. My grandpa calls me Loopy because he doesn't understand why I am the way I am."
