No More Excuses! Lindsay Lohan Due In Court Monday - All The Details

Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court in Beverly Hills Monday at 8:30am PST - and she better show up.
The last time Lindsay didn’t appear, her judge issued an arrest warrant.
Legal maneuvering by her sharp attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, led to the warrant being recalled as bond was posted on Lindsay’s $100,000 bail. But the overall feeling is that Lindsay has pushed the judicial system – and the judge – to the limit.
In fact, Judge Marsha Revel delayed the start of her vacation to oversee Lindsay's case instead of handing it off to a replacement judge.
Revel issued the bench warrant after Lindsay failed to appear Thursday for a probation status hearing. Lindsay was in Cannes and claimed someone stole her passport. At one point she even said her father had arranged for her passport to be taken – an assertion that caused many people to wonder about the star’s erratic behavior.
Adding to her eyebrow-raising antics was a photo that showed Lindsay sitting in front of a table with a mystery white powder cut into several lines. The prosecutor handling her case, Danette Meyers, told RadarOnline.com exclusively, “I hope that isn’t cocaine in those pictures.”
When shown the photos by RadarOnline.com, Lindsay told us: “That's a set up. That's so untrue.”
Now it’s time for Lindsay to face the judge – who does not appear inclined to show her any favoritism. Judge Revel is expected to set a date for a probation violation hearing and has already ordered Lindsay to wear a SCRAM bracelet, not to drink alcohol and to submit to random drug testing at least once a week.

At least one person thinks the judge is being too harsh on Lindsay. That person is Lindsay’s mom Dina.
She told RadarOnline.com during an exclusive audio interview on Friday that she believes Lindsay is getting a tougher form of justice because she’s a celebrity. She also admitted that Lindsay had been told to stay out of the U.S. even after she obtained a new passport. When pressed by RadarOnline.com, Dina said that Lindsay had been advised not to come home until the arrest warrant was rescinded.
All of that drama has set the stage for Lindsay’s Monday court appearance.
Lindsay returned to Los Angeles late Saturday night, capping a wild week. When she didn’t show up for her Thursday hearing and her lawyer tried to defend Lindsay, Judge Revel said "actions speak louder than words" before issuing the bench warrant.
Lindsay is on probation for a DUI where cocaine was found in her car.
She has been attending alcohol education classes and the program filed a court document showing she is in compliance. Despite that, the judge is not happy because Lohan has skipped classes some weeks and made them up later.
A large media turnout is a certainty for Monday’s court appearance.
