EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Judge Postpones Vacation To Oversee Her Case
May 21 2010, Published 4:46 a.m. ET
The judge who issued an arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan has delayed her vacation so that she can oversee the troubled actress' crucial court appearance on Monday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Lohan was set to face another judge in the Beverly Hills courthouse. However, sources close to the situation suggest Judge Marsha Revel became concerned when she learned a replacement judge was not going to order the Mean Girls star to random drug testing, wear a SCRAM bracelet and ban her from all alcohol intake.

When Revel heard about the possible plan, she decided to delay her vacation by one day.
Lohan is still in Cannes, France. While her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley posted bond for Lindsay yesterday after it was paid by the actress' business manager, the legal ace attorney was also able to persuade Judge Revel to hold the warrant.
Sources close to the situation believe that if Lindsay does not show up on Monday, the warrant will most likely become active immediately.
