Lindsay Lohan is on track to finish her court-ordered alcohol education classes on time, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
"Lindsay will finish her alcohol education classes on time by July 2010," a source close to Lindsay told RadarOnline.com.
"This date was set by Judge Marsha Revel, and even though there were some weeks that she missed class, Lindsay made up the class the following week by going twice."
Lohan's progress report from the program is currently being prepared, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
Judge Revel will rely primarily on the progress report to determine what, if any, action should be taken against the actress. At this point, it's unclear if Lohan will be required to attend the next hearing because Judge Revel previously has said that her attendance would be required only if she was not in compliance with terms of her probation.
RadarOnline.com broke the news last week that Judge Revel, Shawn Chapman Holley, Lilo's powerhouse attorney and Danette Meyers, the deputy district attorney handling the case, held a top secret meeting to discuss Lindsay's case.
The meeting was characterized as "productive" we are told, and all parties have been communicating.
