In the five months since the death of Brittany Murphy, RadarOnline.com had conducted a series of exclusive interviews with the Clueless star's widower Simon Monjack, who himself was found dead at 40 Sunday.
The interviews take new meaning in the wake of Monjack's death, as they mark the last time the British writer-director would ever appear on camera. In them, we see the grieving husband talking about his wife following her sudden and premature death, while his own was lurking around the corner, as fate would have it.
On March 20, 2010, an unshaven Monjack opened the doors of the Hollywood Hills home he shared with Murphy to RadarOnline.com, and showed us the cluttered bathroom the film starlet collapsed in, never to get up again.
"You’re the first people to ever see the infamous bathroom,” Monjack, who was found dead in the home's master bedroom, said.
“This is the little doggy couch where she actually fell and she was put on her side right here,” Monjack said while pointing to a leopard print couch and an adjacent spot on the floor. “When the paramedics came in, they pulled her through here, into one of the closets and into the main room.
“This is the first time I’ve come in here actually," Monjack said sadly. "It’s shocking."
