EXCLUSIVE: Joyce DeWitt Pleads No Contest In DUI Case, Gets Probation

Joyce DeWitt pled No Contest Wednesday in her DUI case, stemming from her arrest July 4, 2009, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
De Witt's attorney, Richard Hutton appeared on behalf of his client at the LAX Airport courthouse.
The former Three’s Company star pled no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. The charge of driving under the influence was dimissed, and the refusal allegation was struck from the complaint.
De Witt was placed on 3 years probation, and ordered to attend alcohol education classes.
The actress refused to take a blood or breathalyzer test when she was arrested.
