EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Jenna Jameson Says Son Is "OK" After Emergency Hospital Run
“I can’t really say if I will extend the restraining order. I want it to go smoothly. I want to fall into his arms and everything to be ok. So I really hope that’s what happens. But right now the welfare of my children is number one,” Jameson said.
“I really need to sit down and talk with him. We need to talk about things because, you know, none of this can ever happen again."
Monday night was supposed to mark Tito's homecoming. The emergency protective order against Ortiz (which is standard in domestic violence incidents to allow a "cooling off" period for both parties according to an official at the Huntington Beach Police Department) expired on Monday. However, he did not come home and instead, one of their one-year old twins had to be rushed to the emergency room after suffering from the flu.

“I know that Tito is upset by all of the press and I know that a lot of people were waiting for him to come home and I know that he does not want his children affected by that. So I think he might be waiting,” Jameson explained about Ortiz's no-show. Although Jameson says they are in communication, she unaware if Tito is back from Costa Rica.
“I’m not sure, but I know Tito pretty well. I’m sure he’s back and he’s ready to see his boys," she added. "We’re in contact via phone, but when I tried to call him last night he did not answer. We’ve talked and we talked about how much we miss and how much we love each other. The last time I talked to him I said, "When will I see you?’ and he said "As soon as possible.’"
Jameson is hoping that she and Ortiz will meet Tuesday evening.
“We spoke earlier and he said he’s doing everything he can and that he’ll be home before nightfall," Jameson said. “I want to make sure that the children aren’t here in the beginning because I want to speak with him to see how he’s feeling and from the phone conversation he’s very docile, he’s ready to make things right. So I think my dad is going to take the boys maybe to Chuck E. Cheese for a little bit and I’m going to be able to speak with Tito an then we’re going to have a family reunion.”
