Nicollette Sheridan's lawsuit against ABC and Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry is not affecting the rest of the cast, James Denton tells RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
"It hasn't effected us at all," the TV hunk says. "It's so far over my pay grade, I don't even know what's going on with it."
Denton stopped to talk to RadarOnline.com Saturday morning before taking part in the EIF Revlon Run/Walk For Women in Los Angeles.
He says he "misses" former costar Nicollette but is also relieved he won't be called to testify in the case.
"It was news to me so I'll luckily be kept out of it because I didn't know anything about whatever was supposed to have happened.
"I love Nicollette and we really miss her and I hate that it's happening but it really hasn't affected us much."

As for the rest of the Housewives James said they are taking it in stride.
"The first day that it was in the news there was some conversation but other than that we're pretty well staying clear of it.
"I know all the actresses and we're just sort of letting it take care of itself and trying to stay as far away from it as we can."
