The wife of NBA superstar Dwyane Wade has socked his actress girlfriend Gabrielle Union with a nasty lawsuit claiming that she and Wade “engaged in sexual foreplay” in front of Wade’s young sons.

DOCUMENTS: Read The Lawsuit Against Gabrielle Union

RadarOnline.com learned that Siohvaughn Wade has upped the stakes in her ongoing nasty divorce with the Miami Heat guard. She charged Union with inflicting emotional distress by her actions.

The suit was filed in Cook County Circuit Court, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Wade’s wife says that Union “engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" in front of Wade’s 8-year-old and 2-year-old sons at his Miami home.

Siohvaughn also charges that Dwyane allowed his 8-year-old to play unsupervised around the pool at night.

Wade has been seen out with Union in the Miami area many times and it’s an open secret that they are dating as he’s divorcing.

The suit claims that Wade’s 8-year-old son told a court appointed representative to put his father in jail so he wouldn’t have to go back to his house and that he calls the home, the house "where the woman kissing daddy lives,” according to the suit.

More allegations in the suit are:

·That Wade’s younger son nearly drowned while Dwyane was taking care of him.

·That he introduced Gabrielle to his sons as his girlfriend and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce.”

·The couple’s older son has suffered such anxiety that he has lost hair and has bald spots and is undergoing court-ordered mental evaluations.

An attorney for Union, C. Anthony Mulrain, released this statement to RadarOnline.com regarding the lawsuit: "Each and every allegation made is entirely false. Ms. Union wasn't in the state of Florida or Illinois where and when each of these allegations are said to have occurred. These false accusations were previously made approximately one month ago in family court. Not only was Ms. Union not named a defendant at that time but the court ultimately rejected these claims as frivolous. Gabrielle apologizes to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois for tying them up with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need."

Dwyane Wade’s rep tells RadarOnline.com, "I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union.  I can state with certainty that the claims Siohvaughn made about Gabrielle are untrue. I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination. My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being.”
