Conan O'Brien has received another huge payday — but this time NBC has nothing to do with it.
The former Tonight Show host sold his Upper West Side duplex apartment on New York’s Central Park West for close to the $29.5 million, RadarOnline.com has learned.
It is one of the biggest residential sales of the year so far in Manhattan.
The red-headed comedian, who will return to television this fall with a talk show on TBS, exited NBC with a $45 million settlement for himself and his staff, after the network re-installed Jay Leno at the Tonight Show.
He plans to film his latest project in Los Angeles.
O'Brien's broker, John Burger, declined to comment on the transaction and so did Conan.
In other Manhattan real estate news, Tina Fey’s Upper West Side classic-six has just been listed for $2.3 million.
