The red-headed comedian, who will return to television this fall with a talk show on TBS, exited NBC with a $45 million settlement for himself and his staff, after the network re-installed Jay Leno at the Tonight Show.
He plans to film his latest project in Los Angeles.
O'Brien's broker, John Burger, declined to comment on the transaction and so did Conan.
