Sexy Sophie spent Easter Weekend at vacation spot Los Cabos, Mexico with her boyfriend. She’s one of the most beautiful women in the world and will probably stay that way because she’s dating plastic surgeon Dr. John Diaz.
Sophie was shooting a travel segment for her Australian TV show Getaway Australia. The pop singer/model fell in love with the Las Ventanas Al Paraiso Resort that she asked her boyfriend to join her for the holiday weekend.
