The case of the Survivor producer suspected of murdering his wife just got more complicated.
Carla Burgos, the sister of Monica Beresford-Redman has hired an attorney, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
And Carla did not hire the lawyer for the primary purpose of gaining custody of her sister's children, RadarOnline.com has also learned.
Burgos hired powerhouse attorney Alison Triessl. Bruce Beresford-Redman is a suspect in the murder of his wife Monica and has been told not to leave Mexico.
A source close to the situation would only say that Carla is "looking for justice for her sister."
Mexican authorities investigating the murder say an arrest of Monica’s husband could be imminent, according to ABC news.
RadarOnline.com learned exclusively that Triessl met with Carla for more than three hours Sunday.
Burgos lost a bid for temporary guardianship of her sister's two children. Bruce's parents were awarded temporary guardianship and a hearing is set for May 20th.
