Randy and Evi Quaid have posted bond and are out of jail, RadarOnline.com has confirmed exclusively.
The bizarre couple arrived at court in Santa Barbara Monday morning; a bail bondsman-in-tow. They were taken into custody on charges of defrauding an innkeeper.
District Attorney Arnie Tolks confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the Quaids posted bond Monday afternoon saying, “It’s possible they came to court this morning knowing their bail was going to get upped, which is why they may have brought their bondsman.”

Tolks said this doesn’t change anything with regards to the Quaid’s mandatory hearing on Wednesday.
“If they don’t show up, then I guess we all have to go through this again,” Tolks said.
