“I am very happy and thankful to my attorney, Randy Zellin, the Nassau County Distric Attorney’s Office and Judge Rhonda Fischer. I wish this never happened and hope the people behind Erin who made this into something it wasn’t are out of her life and have learned from it as much as I have. I wish the best for Erin and truly hope she seeks better advice and “counsel” in the future. There are far more important things in life to deal with. From here on, it’s about addressing those things.”
Erin’s attorney, Bryan Konoski, confirmed this to RadarOnline.com, as well as Lohan’s attorney Randy Zelin who said, “I am very pleased to report that the DA’s office made a motion to dismiss the charge against Michael and we expect the judge to do the same on Monday morning when we appear in Suffolk County. I anticipate that on Monday, Michael Lohan will have no more criminal cases to deal with.”
