A judge in Suffolk County, New York, dropped all criminal charges against Lohan on Tuesday. As RadarOnline.com reported, charges against Lohan were also dropped in Nassau County, New York, on Friday.
Lohan’s attorney, Randy Zelin, told RadarOnline.com that he is “thrilled that the system worked and that justice was done.”
In a statement to RadarOnline.com on Tuesday, Lohan said, “I was falsely accused, falsely arrested and falsely lied about and defamed by Erin Muller's attorney, Bryan Konoski, but now that all charges and orders of
protection against me have been dropped in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, there was not a word!
“I don't necessarily blame Erin as much as the people around her, who will be mentioned in my upcoming law suits against Bryan Konoski, I find it hard to understand why people are so quick to judge without any evidence.
“I suppose that Bryan will have his chance to be in the press again. Only this time, as a defendant!
“I would however, like to thank the DA's, the judges, my attorneys Randy Zelin and Tony Grandinette, as well as my fiance Kate, and the people who stood by me through this unnecessary time of trouble. Especially when there are far more important things in life to be addressed, other than a break up.
“Now that this is over, and hopefully Erin and her advisers can put this behind us, it's time to address the more important things in my life. Lindsay being at the top of the list!”
Erin Muller tells RadarOnline.com, “The reason why I have allowed the DA to drop the charges is because I want to move on with my life to finally be happy, focus on my future and to heal from the past.
“In order to do this, all of this nonsense needs to stop. I do not wish to have contact with Michael but wish him well in the future. I have faith that this was the right decision for this all to be put to rest once and for all.
