EXCLUSIVE: Charges Dropped Against Randy Quaid - Evi Pleads Guilty To Misdemeanor

After hours huddled together in Judge's chambers with their attorneys and the DA on Wednesday morning, Randy and Evi Quaid hashed out a deal, with charges dropped against Randy and Evi copping a misdemeanor guilty plea, RadarOnline.com has learned.
RadarOnline.com was there in the Santa Barbara courtroom as Evi was sentenced to 3 years probation and 240 hours of community service, which she plans to do in Los Angeles, working with the homeless.

In a press conference outside the courthouse, Evi said that it was a "win win situation" and that she was "happy" about her sentence. She went on to say she feels she can benefit from the experience.
Randy and Evi also announced their plan to start a theater group for the homeless. Evi explained that most people won't even look the homeless in the eye, but if they are up on a stage people will have to look at them and watch them.
