Country Bumpkin, City Sophisticate: Best And Worst Friday

Katherine Heigl had a fashionably fab day in NYC, landing herself on the Best Dressed list twice! During the day, the brunette babe rocked a gorgeously green blouse under a navy blazer with skinny jeans and brown boots, as she strolled the streets.  That evening, she changed into something more dramatic for the 13th Annual ASPCA Bergh Ball, a blue and white striped Lyn Devon floorlength, which buttoned up the front, and belted around the waist.

Regis Philbin was in “stand out” style, spotted outside of ABC studios in NYC sporting farm fashions.  The talk show host had on a pair of cuffed, denim overalls, tying a red bandana around his neck, and finishing the look off with a pair of shiny dress shoes.  If you are gonna go for the country look, Regis, you better go all the way and kick it in cowboy boots!

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth enjoyed a day in Los Angeles, sucking on lollipops, with Liam looking super hunky in his Chaser LA t-shirt, while Jeremy Piven was out on the town that evening, showing off his bod in a sheer shirt.
