BREAKING NEWS: Catherine Bach's Husband Found Dead

Catherine Bach’s husband Peter Lopez, was found dead at his Encino, CA home Friday morning, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Paramedics were called at 11.26 am and never transported the body because Lopez was already dead when they arrived.

Police sources tell RadarOnline.com that the cause of death is an apparent suicide.

Catherine Bach starred as Daisy Duke on The Dukes Of Hazzard TV show.

She was the provocatively dressed sex symbol on the hit show, which was the basis for a 2005 feature film remake. Jessica Simpson played Catherine's role in the remake.

Her first film was The Midnight Man, a murder mystery starring Burt Lancaster in 1974.

She was married in 1976 and divorced five years later. In 1990 she married Lopez and had two children with him, Sophia, 14 and Laura 11.

Lopez was one of Michael Jackson’s music attorneys.

Bach’s pinup poster from her Dukes of Hazzard days sold more than 5 million copies. She went on to appear in various TV shows and stage productions.

Bach and Lopez founded “C.O.A.C.H. For Kids” in 1998, an organization that provided free medical services for children from low-income families in Los Angeles County.

Lopez, 60, was a highly regarded entertainment lawyer who did a significant amount of work for Michael Jackson. In a 2008 interview with The Guardian, he defended Jackson and said reports that the signer was broke were vastly overstated. “Neverland is not being auctioned off, it's simply that Michael has changed lenders,” he said. “This talk emerges from several journalists in the US who love to spin things in the most negative way possible. The facts are the facts and he's had some cash flow issues in the past, but it's all under control now.”

Lopez got his law degree from UCLA in 1974. in addition to his work as a lawyer, Lopez has also used his musical background and industry relationships to find and create new talent. He was instrumental in developing and managing the careers of Wilson Phillips, Vanilla Ice, and the world-famous Italian tenor, Andrea Bocelli. He co-managed the enormously successful "Hell Freezes Over" reunion of the legendary rock group The Eagles in 1994
