RadarOnline.com has these pics of the Metropole Hotel South Beach, the four walls that will house Snooki, The Situation and the gang for the second season of MTV's wildly-popular reality show, Jersey Shore.
The house is located off Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, resting just two blocks away from the water where the men of the show -- noted enthusiasts of the GTL (Gym, Tan, Laundry) lifestyle will undoubtedly show off their buffed, bronzed bods this spring. (And from what we hear, there's plenty of topless beauties parading around the beach all the time!)
The Metropole Hotel South Beach, according to its' Web site, "offers understated elegance and unparalleled service in an intimate, friendly, home-away from home atmosphere" in its' quest to provide a "residential feel ideal for those seeking calm, in the midst of the action." (Somehow, we don't think things will remain too calm with his crowd.)
The Jersey natives will be thrilled to learn that there's plenty of happening nightlife within walking distance of the building, including a bevy of nightclubs, and restaurants like China Grill, acclaimed steakhouse New York Prime, Danny DeVito's eatery DeVito's and Nikki Beach, a chic hangout complete with an outdoor bar.
Crews have been spotted shuttling furniture, cameras and equipment into the location. The filming is slated to take two months, more than plenty of time for some drama, hook-ups and all the stuff we love from the East Coast hellraisers.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was giddy about the upcoming season late Monday.
"I'm going to have twitter withdrawl!! Gettin geared up to shoot season 2 !! I missed cameras in my face," Snooki Tweeted. "My last tweeting tonight ! Then Second season bitches, much love to all the fans, support and the tik tok haaatas! :) xox"
