Rowe is the mother of Jackson's eldest child Prince and his daughter Paris. According to published reports, Jackson's brother Jermaine's 13-year old son Jaafar purchased a stun gun and allegedly attempted to use it on Blanket. The Jackson family has denied that Blanket was ever in danger but the California Department of Children and Family Services continues to investigate.

"I have never been to the house," Rowe said in reference to the Encino family compound where the children live and where the incident occurred.

She said she knew none of the specifics of the incident and had not seen RadarOnline.com's exclusive video of Jaafar violently slapping his brother Jermajesty in the head.
