Ruthann Clawson, the best friend of Marie Osmond's late son Michael Bryan (aka Michael Blosil) has broken her silence about the contents of the suicide note he left before jumping eight floors to his death off a Los Angeles high rise last week, has learned.

"He wanted me to tell his family that he loves them, that he loves each and every one of them, because he was scared to do it himself," Clawson told ET Wednesday.

Bryan, who fought a long battle against depression, said in his note that he wanted to finally be at peace, and he wanted her to live a long and healthy life, according to Clawson.

A crying Clawson said that Marie "did such a job raising" Michael, who she characterized as "the nicest person I've ever met."

Clawson said that in spite of his demons, she considered Bryan to be a "happy person."

Bryan’s roommate Sean Srnik previously told the show that Bryan talked about his very last shower, his last cigarette and his close relationship with Clawson in the note, as well.
