Michelle "Bombshell" McGee is an absentee mother, uses her child's name for her sex industry stage name and shoots porn in her own home, her ex-husband Ronald Modica said in bombshell court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com.

McGee is the heavily-tattooed stripper who told a tabloid magazine she carried on an 11-month affair with Jesse James, the husband of Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock; Modica and McGee have been sparring for years over custody-related issues regarding their son, Avery.

"It seems as the years go by, Avery's mother slips more and more into stripping, pills, alcohol and performances she does online, pornography, that she has brought into her home," Modica said in court documents he filed January 27 of this year. "There have been pornographic shoots there and live WEB cam pornographic broadcasts from her house."
The baby mama drama has been ongoing for years, as Modica had similar gripes in papers he filed two years ago in March ‘08.
McGee "doesn't spend any quality time with" their son Avery, he said. “She drops him off wherever she can, so she can work at the strip club, where she uses the stage name of Avery. She also has a fetish Web site where she has nude photos and she also uses the stage name Avery there, too."
