Dane Cook Takes To Twitter To Help Find Missing Teen

Comedian Dane Cook joined in the search for missing Southern California girl Chelsea King, RadarOnline.com has learned, as the funnyman Tweeted a plea on Sunday to help find the 17-year-old honors student who was last seen February 25.

That day, King's car (with her phone and iPod in it) was located near Lake Hodges at Rancho Bernardo Community Park in San Diego. It is believed she went for a jog at the park, which has several running trails.

John Albert Gardner, a 30-year-old sex offender listed on the Megan's Law Web site, was arrested Sunday in connection with King's disappearance, San Diego County Sheriff William Gore said.

Gore said physical evidence was recovered linking the sex offender to the missing girl.

"This investigation is ongoing and specific criminal charges are still being determined," he said Sunday.

King is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, according to findchelsea.com, a Web site established to spread the word about the missing girl.
