Tiger Woods Set To Return To Golf

Tiger Woods is set to return to the game that made him the world’s first billionaire dollar golfer, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

A day after Woods was seen out of sex rehab and jogging in Orlando, Florida, the author of a unauthorized biography on Tiger tells WESH-TV in Orlando that Tiger will play in the Tavistock Cup at Isleworth next month.
Author Steve Helling says Tiger -- often described as a “world-class control freak” -- will slowly and carefully ease back into the public spotlight.

In keeping with that plan, Tiger is expected to skip the WGC-CA at Doral in Miami on March 11th, but the next big golf event, the exhibition Tavistock Cup, on March 22nd would offer the greatest control of the fans and media.
If Tiger does in fact play there, it would help prepare him to play at the all-important Masters, beginning on April 8th.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, on Wednesday, golf's #1 star will break his silence on his extra marital affairs Friday at 11 a.m. EST at TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Woods will make a statement -- expected to be 5 to 7 minutes in length -- and will not take any questions during the tightly-controlled media event.
Tiger will make his comments before "a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates," according to a statement released by his rep.
He is expected to apologize for his actions in an attempted to repair his shattered image as golf’s golden boy.

“While Tiger feels that what happened is fundamentally a matter between he and his wife, he also recognizes that he has hurt and let down a lot of other people who were close to him,” the statement continued. “He also let down his fans. He wants to begin the process of making amends and that’s what he’s going to discuss.”
Woods has not appeared publicly since late November, when he crashed his SUV into a fire hydrant and a tree outside his Isleworth driveway after an alleged altercation between him and his wife Elin after she learned of his cheating ways.
Author Helling also supports a RadarOnline.com report, stating that Woods and his wife Elin continue to live in separate houses in Orlando.
Will Elin be at the announcement? Helling says, “ they’re leaving it open, saying the people closest to him will be coming, but they’re not promising Elin at this point.”
