Australian pin-up Sophie Monk was spotted on crutches and in a wheelchair Monday after being involved in a car crash over the weekend – and RadarOnline.com has a brand new photo of the bang-up beauty.

The blonde bombshell, who starred in films such as Date Movie and Click, was photographed with her left foot bandaged and wearing looser footwear following the accident.

The 30-year-old actress/singer who was born in England, but raised in Australia, was seen at a Coffee Bean in Los Angeles with her boyfriend John Diaz. Witnesses say she appeared visibly upset as she hobbled around on crutches.

Later on the same day she was spotted being pushed around in a wheel-chair close to her apartment.

Monk was driving a black Prius when she was involved in a collision with a Ford Explorer on La Brea Avenue.

She was spotted talking with paramedics at the accident scene and didn’t appear to be badly injured, but she was taken to the hospital where tests revealed that she had in fact damaged her foot.
