Marie Osmond’s son jumped to his death from the eighth floor of his apartment building, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
The tragic suicide of Michael Blosil happened Friday night in downtown Los Angeles. Blosil had battled depression for years and left a suicide note.
The 911 call reporting his suicide came into the Los Angeles City Fire Department at 9: 26 pm. He lived in a high-rise building called The Met.
Marie struggled to help her son over the years and admitted that he was in rehab a few years ago. A family friend said that it was for drugs.
But depression seemed to be Blosil’s constant problem. Michael was adopted and one of Marie’s eight children.
In a 2007 interview, Donny Osmond revealed that Michael had problems that were ongoing. “Marie has been dealing with this for a very long time,” Donnie said about Michael’s issues. “Unfortunately, he got into the wrong crowd."
