Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller has left rehab and moved in with a friend in California, her stepfather Jon Fiore told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
Brooke left rehab because it appears her personal information was leaked from the facility to media outlets. Her family is outraged over the development, Fiore told RadarOnline.com.

“We, her parents, are very upset that a private facility would go so far as to break their security like this...for what? That is totally ridiculous,” Fiore said. Brooke had entered The Canyon facility in Malibu but a document containing information about her admission was faxed to some media outlets. When Brooke heard about the alleged breach, she left the facility.
Jon revealed that Brooke has not returned home to live with Charlie, but instead is trying to recover elsewhere. “She's is doing well and she's staying with a friend out in California and she is getting herself together,” Fiore told RadarOnline.com.
The Canyon would not confirm to RadarOnline.com that information had been leaked from their facility and they also refused to comment when asked if they are conducting an internal investigation.

Brooke and Charlie are the parents to twin boys, Max and Bob, who are home with their father. “The kids are great,” Brooke’s stepfather told RadarOnline.com.
Charlie’s rep confirmed that the Los Angeles county Department of Children and Family Services visited Charlie at home to monitor the children this weekend after being asked to do so by the Pitkin County family services department. His rep told RadarOnline.com it was a routine procedural home visit.
“We are furious that a private facility would breach security like that, it’s just horrible,” Jon continued about Brooke’s situation.
He said that he and Brooke’s mother, Miora, are standing behind their daughter as she seeks help for her addictions. “We are always supporting what she is doing, but she’s in charge right now. She’s doing the right thing,” he told RadarOnline.com.
Jon also said that Brooke’s lawyer will be looking into the records breach. “This is an ongoing investigation,” he said. When asked if Brooke would have a difficult time finding a rehab facility that she trusts he emphatically told RadarOnline.com “Yes!”
