Music’s hottest stars flocked to the 2010 BRIT Awards (and the after parties) on Tuesday in London, where they were recognized for both their lyrical choices and their fashion choices.  Alicia Keys, who was just in Brazil filming the music video for Love Song with Beyonce, ditched her Carnival themed couture, replacing it with a ritzy look by Balmain.

Leona Lewis looked glam as usual, refusing to retire the exaggerated shoulder trend, wearing a ravishing one-sleeved William Tempest design.
