In a heartfelt new video interview, a tearful Tila Tequila shares exclusively with RadarOnline.com what she suspects is the answer to the mystery of what caused the sudden death of her late fiancé, Johnson and Johnson heiress, Casey Johnson.

The reality TV star does not even consider suicide rumors about Casey and tells RadarOnline.com that the unexpected death of her 30-year-old lover must be connected to her diabetic condition and sleeping pills.

“I know there was an accident,” Tila said. “I know there was a mixture of most likely her sleeping pills with her diabetes.”

Tila shares that Casey was usually vigilant about monitoring her diabetes, reports say that she injected herself with insulin every day, and that Casey even wanted to educate her fiancé about the disease in case of an emergency.

“She even gave me this book, First Book for Understanding Diabetes because she wanted me to help her if something went wrong,” Tila told RadarOnline.com as the tears rolled down her cheeks, pulling out the book from a silver bag perched on her lap. “She taught me how to inject her."

There has been speculation and rumor that the vibrant yet troubled heiress took her own life, but Tila adamantly disputes such an accusation saying that Johnson was in fact anything but suicidal and was excited and looking forward to a future with Tila, “I definitely know that it was not a suicide. Never, never! Casey was so excited, so excited to start a new life with me.”

Tila noted that Casey had a history of insomnia and that she often medicated herself with sleeping pills at night. Tila shares though that although Casey had had trouble sleeping in the past, she always slept well when they were together, especially when they cuddled. “I always made sure to cuddle with her every time she went to sleep so she wouldn’t have to take those sleeping pills."

Visibly upset, Tila, whose real name Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, goes on to say that far from being suicidal Casey had great plans for her future and for her life with Tila, far away from the highs and lows and bad habits of Hollywood, where the heiress was born and raised.

“Casey actually wanted to live in Paris. She said, ‘I just want to get away from everybody and I just want to be with you, and our children and our family.’”  Tila tearfully recalled. “She didn’t want to raise her children in this area when everybody is just so shallow and fake.”

Tila Tequila: “Casey Is NOT Resting In Peace”

Sadly, Johnson passed away on Monday January 4th 2010 - her body was discovered at her Los Angeles home.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Casey’s neighbor Richard Kramer revealed that he believed that Johnson had been dead for several days before being discovered. He went on to say, “It was the typical case of somebody who had been given everything except boundaries and guidance and a way to live in the world.”
