The woman who is accusing NBA All-Star Shaquille O'Neal of harassment is distraught over the treatment she says she received from the him, a source close to her told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

"It has to stop, she is really upset," the source told RadarOnline.com. Vanessa Lopez is a model who claims that after her five year on-again, off-again affair with the basketball star, Shaq began to harass her in September 2009 and even enlisted the help of others in his sordid mission.
"This has been going on for three months. She ignored it twice, but this time it has to stop," the source said.

Lopez has hired famed Los Angeles power attorney Gloria Allred to represent her against Shaq. Lopez claims that she thought she was pregnant with the basketball player's child, which prompted O'Neal to allegedly begin harassing her.

"These athletes think they can get away with everything because they have so much money and so much power," the source said about Vanessa's concern with the harassment case.
Shaquille O'Neal's Wife Files For Legal Separation
"What he Shaq did was no small thing. He broke the law," the source told RadarOnline.com.
Shaq's wife, Shaunie, has filed for legal separation with intent to divorce.
"I can confirm I'm representing Vanessa Lopez," Allred told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Allred refused to comment further on the details involving Lopez's case.
