While Salma Hayek was the belle of the ball at the Ein Herz fuer Kinder charity gala in Berlin, Germany, wearing a boldly hued strapless dress which showed off her va va vooming curves, Nicole Richie poignantly broke the “Style” rules by wearing white after labor day.
