Jennifer Garner's Stalker Charged

Jennifer Garner's stalker, Steven Burky, has been charged with two counts of felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order.
Jennifer Garner's Stalker Arrested
As RadarOnline.com previously reported Berky was arrested Monday outside of Garner's daughter Violet Affleck's school.
Berky was found to be in violation of a restraining order that Garner was granted in November 2008. Burky was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Garner, her husband Ben Affleck and their daughter Violet, as well as being prohibited from contacting Garner in any way.

If convicted Berky, who is currently in police custody, could face up to four years in prison.
