EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen Arrested, Jailed After Fight With Wife

Charlie Sheen spent Christmas in jail in Colorado after being arrested on felony domestic violence charges following a scuffle with his wife, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The Two and a Half Men actor is being held in Pitkin County Jail.
A source close to his wife Brooke Mueller told RadarOnline.com that the arrest came after he shoved Brooke as they argued bitterly.

The source told RadarOnline.com that Brooke has rented a house in Colorado for approximately three months. While she’s been there Charlie has been home in Los Angeles.
Charlie and Brooke have been having significant marital problems, the source told RadarOnline.com.
Sheen flew to be with Brooke for Christmas, despite their problems but things got out of control almost right away. He was arrested by the Aspen Police Department a little after 11 a.m. on Christmas. He was charged with felony second-degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge.
Charlie Sheen's Son Max Did Have Heart Issue
The couple began arguing and according to the source Brooke says that Charlie pushed her and she then called police. An ambulance was called but Brooke refused treatment.
Sheen was booked under his real name, Carlos Irwin Estevez. He is expected to stay behind bars until his first court appearance.
Sheen got engaged to Mueller in 2007, they married in 2008 and earlier this year Brooke gave birth to twin boys.
