Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber tripped onstage and fractured his foot while performing at London's Wembley Arena Monday, where he was opening for another teen sensation, Taylor Swift.

Bieber, 15, told Detroit radio show Mojo in the Morning on Channel 955 that hospital results revealed a "fracture on his foot. Basically I got a boot on my foot and I'm on crutches."

The doe-eyed singer told the radio show that he might perform -- sitting down -- at a concert in Manchester slated for Tuesday.

"Tonight, I have a show in Manchester so we are just going to play it by ear," he said. "Hopefully, um, I won't be able to have too much of an energized show but it's going to be fun."

He explained the injury in further detail on his Twitter page.

"In the last song One Time, I tripped over something on stage coming down the ramp and felt my ankle roll in a very bad way," he Tweeted. "Taylor Swift came backstage to see me before I went to the hospital because she is awesome!"
