VIDEO: Accused Cathouse Killer Makes First Courtroom Appearance

The man accused of killing Moonlite Bunny Ranch prostitute/HBO Cathouse star Brooke Phillips and five others in a shooting/house fire in Oklahoma City, was told Monday he has been charged with six counts of first-degree murder in connection with the November 9 incident.
David Allen Tyner, who appeared at his arraignment via video, was denied bail by Oklahoma County Special Judge Russell Hall, who set a date of December 3 for the case to resume.

Phillips' body and three others (Jennifer Lynn Ermey, Casey M. Barrientos and Milagrous Barrera) were recovered from the scene; officials said all of the victims were shot and killed before the house was set ablaze.
Phillips and Barrera were pregnant, and authorities have charged Tyner with six murder counts in total, to account for the unborn victims.
