But Redmond is working hard and is committed to his recovery, his attorney Richard Pintal tells RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview outside court.
Pintal says that Redmond has been compliant in all phases of his recovery treatment at residential treatment center Impact, and that his progress report was positive.
Pintal goes on to say that his client is going through an "adjustment period" and that he is still "learning to participate". The loss of his late mother, Farrah Fawcett, is playing a significant role in Redmond's recovery as he is grieving and trying to come to terms with the loss of his beloved mom.
