EXCLUSIVE: Randy And Evi Quaid To Appear In Court Monday

In a surprising move, Randy and Evi Quaid are now scheduled to appear in a Santa Barbara courtroom Monday afternoon.
The Santa Barbara District Attorney, Lee Carter, tells RadarOnline.com, "The case has been put on the calendar this morning. They will be held on the $20,000 bail set in the original, and still outstanding, warrant."

The couple, who were a no show last Thursday in court, weren't scheduled to appear Monday but their attorney requested the case be put on the calendar. As RadarOnline.com reported extradition papers for the couple are in theprocess of being drawn.
