On Friday, Johnston’s mother, Sherry, was sentenced to five years in prison for trying to sell the painkiller Oxycontin.

RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively with Levi’s manager, Tank Jones, who said the 19-year-old is handling everything like a pro.
“Levi was with his mom in court today, and he’s doing great,” Jones told RadarOnline.com. “She got sentenced to five years with two suspended, but he’s doing ok.”
Sherry Johnston, 43, was convicted of a Class A felony, which carried a sentence of five to eight years. Her attorney asked for a shorter jail sentence because she possessed a small quantity of the drug and had no previous drug-related convictions.

Levi Johnston Planning On Filing For Joint Custody
She was charged in December with six felony drug counts involving a prescription painkiller. According to police documents, she received Oxycontin pills in the mail, and then sold 10 pills to a police informant three different times in October and November of 2008.
