Levi Johnston continues his onslaught on the Palin family, this time claiming he is still being barred from seeing his son Tripp. The nineteen-year old now plans to take legal action to remedy the situation.

Despite being cordial with ex-fiance Bristol at the start of the summer, it’s been a heated autumn between Levi and his former future mother-in-law Sarah Palin. In October, he claimed on national television that she called her youngest son Trig, who has Down syndrome, “retarded.”

Palin quickly retorted and even took a shot at Johnston’s upcoming nude shoot with Playgirl.

She shot back: “Those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention."
