Randy & Evi Quaid To Hear Felony Charges Against Them

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi, accused of stiffing the San Ysidro Ranch resort for a $10,000 bill, are slated to hear the felony charges against them in a Santa Barbara, California courtroom Monday morning.
According to Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter, the celebrity couple, who reside in Texas, would be considered fugitives if they skip the California appearance.

As reported first on RadarOnline.com, the couple has been charged with burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy in connection with the incident. The pair was arrested in Marfa, Texas, on Sept. 24, and spent a few hours behind bars before posting $20,000 bail apiece.
