Adding to Evi Quaid's ever expanding list of legal woes, Deputy James Davis of Presido County, TX is suing her for defamation of Character.

The lawsuit follows Evi's protest last month where she painted the side of a truck parked outside of Mayor Dan Dunlop's office with an accusation against Davis that he took illegal bribes.

Evi Makes Battle With The Sheriff's Office

The sign said "Deputy James Davis takes payments ... call & make offers."

Evi's protest followed the arrest of her and husband Randy by Deputy Davis last month for three felony counts, for walking out of a bill at The San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara.
