UPDATE: Today's hearing has been canceled because the judge's wife died of cancer early Wednesday morning.  Next week, they'll set a new date.

Jon and Kate Gosselin are set to face off Wednesday morning in a Montgomery County courtroom in Pennsylvania over Kate's claims that Jon withdrew $230,000 from their joint bank account without her consent.

As was first to report, Kate filed papers with the court on Monday demanding that Jon sell his two luxury cars and reimburse their joint bank account with the money she claims he stole. She's also demanding that Jon pay $5,000 in court fees.
