Randy and Evi Quaid are due—again—in a Santa Barbara Superior court on Thursday. And while their excuse for ditching their last two appearances was that they just couldn’t make it, the wacky couple apparently still has time to wreak havoc on the unsuspecting.

RadarOnline.com has learned that on Tuesday, Evi Quaid showed up at a Marfa, Texas, town hall meeting where she reportedly vandalized the building and verbally attacked one of the clerks inside.

A City Hall employee confirmed the report, but declined to give any more details. A source told RadarOnline.com exclusively, “She got in the face of one of the clerks there and they had words.”

The reason for the the brouhaha? The Quaids are renovating their warehouse-style home in Marfa, but apparently don’t have the necessary permits. The insider also said the crazy couple has been parking their giant truck (which they have used to scrawl accusing messages about the local police) illegally outside their house and refuse to conform to the rules.

Thursday’s hearing is the Quaid’s last chance to voluntarily appear before the judge. District Attorney Lee Carter told RadarOnline.com that he has already begun the paperwork to extradite them to California.
