George Clooney & Elisabetta Canalis: Their Style So Far

Eternal heartthrob George Clooney has taken a vacation from his perpetual singlehood, this time around with Italian model Elisabetta Canalis.
Will they last? Is she an opportunist? Is he lonley? Who cares! Click to see what their Couple Style says about them, and their long-term potential, so far.

The Good
Prior to their official debut at the Venice Film Festival (she in Cavalli), the duo's been relegated to jeans and t-shirts, mostly used as hardware for boating and long motorcycle drives. The super-casual dress suggests a closeness, and also a desire for anonymity while getting to know each other.
Also, they both seem to share a flare for quality resort wear. yet removed from labels. Elisabetta carries weathered boho bags with braided straps, nary a monogram or plated tag in sight. George sticks to cream loafers and Henley's when not rocking his motorcycle boots. This could mean a mutual affinity for the good life without the desire to broadcast it.
It also doesn't hurt that they're both insanely good looking.
The Bad
Elisabetta's tribal band tattoo gives a serious Angelina Jolie effect. Take note, Betta, there's only room for one sultry, inked significant other in that pack.
While we appreciate George's needs when climbing on his hog, he can't forget that his smile isn't everything. Some serious Dad Jeans are going down on the boat and the bike, and eventually anyone would tired of the shapeless, dated stone wash.
The pair proved a stunning match at Venice, for the premiere of George's The Men Who Stare At Goats. We'd like to see a cooler cast on Clooney (it's so heavily bandaged it looks like a Mummy sequel premiere), and a word to the wise for Elisabetta--an empire waist already? You don't want those pregnancy rumors to start before you even get a drawer in the Lake Como house.
